Responsibilities:
- participation in the commercialization process of retail properties
- acquiring prospective tenants
- cold calling
- taking part in lease negotiation process
- documentation management
- cooperation with tenants, architects, designers, graphic designers, construction companies
- preparation and presentation of commercialization status
Property Manager - Ref. No PM
location: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- commercial properties management (technical, marketing, financial area)
- working closely with tenants, architects, designers, building companies, maintenance services, public institutions
- management of propery’s documentation
- technical maintenance supervision
- Performance, presentations and operating reporting
- conducting audits of projects
For both positions
Required Skills and Experience:
- computer proficiency (MS Office package, Internet)
- strong analytical skills, quick information serach and data collection
- ability to plan and self-organization of the
- task oriented
- higher education or while studies
- at least 2-3 years of work experience (real estate, work on projects, customer service)
- English as a plus
- knowledge of the real estate industry, retail property market, and building regulations as an advantage
- Property Manager license as an adventage (for the Property Manager position)
- Driving licence
